Please read before using the site By using www.pipeiros.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don’t agree with any part, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site You must be of legal age (18+ or the age required in your country) and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You confirm you’re authorized to make bookings or purchases for yourself or others you’re permitted to act for. You’re fully responsible for all activity on your account. All information you provide must be true, accurate, and not used for fake or fraudulent bookings.
2. What you may not do Do not use the Site for anything illegal or unauthorized. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):
Using bots, scrapers, spiders, viruses, or any automated/manual tools to monitor, copy, interfere with, or disrupt the Site without our prior written permission
Collecting personal information about others
Posting or transmitting anything threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading behavior
Violating any applicable law

7. Intellectual property All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, trademarks (especially Pipeiros®), and other materials—is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part without our prior written consent.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
